SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with NoviCart. We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Our estimated delivery time within Canada is 10–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING COST
Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Orders advertised with free shipping will not incur an additional standard shipping charge.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking becomes available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing their tracking information. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after an order has been dispatched.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive on different dates. If this occurs, additional shipping charges will not be applied unless clearly stated at checkout.
DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If an order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. For damaged items, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
